My recommendation would be to find this very loving, playful, trained and intelligent cat another home. He’ll be happier, and so will you and your four girl-kitties. In this instance, I believe the welfare of your four resident felines should take precedence over the new boy.
You do have two other options. If you are able to, you could constantly supervise all the cats and be prepared to interrupt his behavior each and every time--meanwhile, you run the risk of the picked-on cats beginning to act out with litter box misses or other issues. The final option would be to divide your house into two cat kingdoms, one for the four girls and the other for this bully cat. Truly, the kindest and most effective choice for all involved is to re-home but that’s also probably the most difficult choice.
