My 11 month old Russian Blue wakes me up at three in morning almost every day, she ready...

Many young cats are very inquisitive and playful but do not have enough outlets for their energy. Increasing play opportunities during the day and early evening helps some cats to sleep through the night. Puzzle toys, feeder toys, boxes, bags, climbing towers, and even rotating locations of the food bowl often help to keep the cat active and stimulated. Some cats even enjoy cat videos or window perches where they can watch the outside world. Over time most cats learn to adjust to the human schedule and sleep through out the night.
