Good for you for having a 20-year-old cat! There are a couple main things I would encourage you to do for her. First, feed her an appropriate diet, offer lots of fresh water and push extra water in any way you can (offer canned cat food with extra water) and take her to the veterinarian at least every 6 months. Like an older person, an older cat can begin to have some medical issues like arthritis or kidney disease to just name two. These conditions, while not curable, can be managed to give your cat a better quality of life. Good luck and I hope you have her for several more years.
