I brought the runt of a litter (Tiger) from a feral cat to my vet. She was very sick and...

I am so sorry to hear that you are having such troubles with your little kitten. You've done so much with her, good for you! And hopefully by the time you get this answer, she'll be pooping on her own. So my first suggestion would be to talk to your veterinarian about exactly why they think this is happening. She has been on many medications and perhaps that's the explanation but I would want to be sure there wasn't anything else going on. As far as diet, you always have the option to moisten the Kitten Chow. If you are looking for a canned food, it is important to feed one that is labeled for kittens - you can visit the Purina web site for some good kitten canned food options. Taking in fluids is also going to be important for your girl, you can add water to the canned food to make it soupier and this will encourage her to take more fluids in. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and your kitten. Please let us know if you have more questions or concerns.
