I wish I had the magic answer for this! In fact, I have the very same problem and my cats are not even so fluffy. There is not a way to minimize or stop a cats normal shedding, even though some products will claim otherwise. Regular brushing, even daily, is the best thing you can do. In very fluffy cats, what you use to groom them is very important. At home, you should be using a grooming tool that works on removing the undercoat such as a mat-breaker or a special comb. Many brushes only go through the top coat and this only does half the job. Some people recommend getting your brush or comb just slightly wet as they feel this better traps the hair. Sorry I don't have the solution - just keep grooming them and keep the lint brush on the ready for the couch! Good luck!
