I feel your cat likely needs to be re-evaluated by your veterinarian. Even if there were no broken bones, your cat could have had significant injury that did not cause changes in the x-ray or lab work. I would be concerned that he may have neurological disease, perhaps damage to his spinal cord that was not evident when he was examined previously because of the shock. He may also still be in pain and need additional pain medication. I wish I could tell you more but without seeing him myself it is difficult. Hopefully, your veterinarian can help get him over the hump.
