Can female cats get stones in their bladder? And if so, what is the procedure to reduce...

Females can absolutely get stones in their bladder. In most cases, surgery is necessary to remove and analyze them. Some diets through your veterinarian can help dissolve one type of stone - a struvite stone - but the hard part is to know for sure what type of stone you have. It is important to deal with this, as it can cause the cat a lot of discomfort and even potentially block her urethra (this can even happen rarely in a female cat!). Sorry to hear your female may have a stone. Hope it all ends up ok.
