It sounds like you’re doing many things right! If he doesn’t have littermates or an adult cat as a role model, it’s important that you make sure to establish limits for him. In particularly, hand-raised kittens often have problems with claw and bite inhibition. Their siblings and mom-cat typically teach good cat etiquette and “explain” when the baby oversteps bonds by playing too rough. So at this point, play with him all you can but be ready to stop the games if he gets too rough. Say “ouch!” in a high-pitched squeaky voice, or even “HISS!” like his mom would do. Don’t let him play with your hands or your feet--interrupt with the “hiss/ouch” and replace with a legal toy.
