If a male cat is truly neutered he cannot get a female cat pregnant. Usually you can tell if a male cat is neutered by the smell of his urine...it is strong and unmistakable. If you are unsure if he is neutered you can have your veterinarian examine him. Your veterinarian could also do testing if needed.
