One of the best things you can do for your little Siamese is to make her things accessible. Regarding her urine, I would have a urine sample checked by your veterinarian to make sure she's not having a medical problem like a urinary tract infection or crystals in her urine. Make sure she always has a litter box close by. This may mean several litter boxes but should help with her urination on the carpet. You may also want to modify the litter boxes so there is a shallow side she can easily go in and out on. If there are spots she likes to get up on that are a little higher (like a bed), I would provide steps for her to get there. You may also want to limit her access to stairs or the outdoors as these could be bigger dangers to her than a non-dizzy cat. Good luck with this special little girl.
